Refund is acceptable for the following reasons:
- The picture is damaged or the zip file is impossible to open.
- The picture you downloaded have very bad quality and differs a lot from the preview.
In these cases, ask the author with private message on this website or communicate him by email for a refund.
If the author don't respond back in a delay of 2 weeks, write a message to server.alex77@gmail.com with the informations. The author will be advise of any problems with the picture. If the author refuse to cooperate his account could be banned. It's important to make sure that the paid product is usable and previewed.
