What We Are Looking For
To thrive in this role, ideal candidates will bring:

Strong English Communication: High-level writing skills and the ability to independently rewrite text for better readability.

Design & Technical Familiarity: Basic knowledge of design, illustrations, and comfort with technical terms.

Community Management: The ability to multitask, manage user needs, and uphold member privacy.

A Positive Attitude: Polite, approachable, and eager to help answer user questions.
